Pursuant to the Integrity Commission Act 2018, the ACT Integrity Commission can hold an examination in public if it determines that it is in the public interest to do so.

Members of the media are permitted to attend the examination at the Commission's premises at Level 3, 55 Wentworth Avenue in Kingston in the ACT. The Commission asks that all media register their attendance in advance by emailing media@integrity.act.gov.au .
Media attending the examination should be aware of the details contained in the Information for Media document.
