Reputational repair guidelines

One of the objects of the Integrity Commission Act 2018 is “Achieving a balance between the public interest in exposing corruption in public administration and the public interest in avoiding undue prejudice to a person’s reputation.”

The Commission has published Reputational Repair Protocols. That document outlines measures which may be required to address damage to a person’s reputation in specific circumstances.
