The ACT Integrity Commission offers excellent opportunities for career satisfaction, progression and personal growth.
The Commission is an independent body that commenced the operational component of its work on 1 December 2019. The Commission has powers under the Integrity Commission Act 2018 to investigate and prevent corrupt conduct as well as to foster public confidence in the ACT Legislative Assembly and the ACT public sector. To complement these functions the Commission also delivers anti-corruption advisory, education and training services.
On 4 March 2021, the Commission became responsible for the administration of the public interest disclosures regime in the Territory, and operates under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012 (ACT).
