Part Two
On 25 July 2025, the ACT Integrity Commission provided its 'Operation Luna Part 2' Special Report to the Speaker of the ACT Legislative Assembly.
The Part 2 Special Report focused on whether corrupt conduct occurred in connection with the negotiations concerning, and the payment schedule agreed in, the sixth contract entered into between the CIT and Redrouge Nominees Pty Ltd.

Part One
On 27 June 2024, the ACT Integrity Commission provided its 'Operation Luna Part One' Special Report to the Speaker of the ACT Legislative Assembly.
The Part One Special Report concerned an aspect of the Operation Luna investigation that examined the procurement processes of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT), with a focus on contracts awarded between July 2017 and March 2022, totalling approximately $8.7 million.
Operation Luna Part One was the initial stage of a comprehensive investigation.
