Referral of corruption complaints to the Commission

While any person is entitled to make a complaint to the Commission about potentially corrupt conduct, the Integrity Commission Act also provides that the following prescribed entities may refer to the Commission any complaints that they have received about conduct that may be corrupt conduct:

These referrals are treated in the same way as general complaints to the Commission and a referral can be made using the general complaints form.
